Just some extra news about Garforth and the surrounding area as spring turns to summer…
-Kippax Gala is happening on the 6th June, from 11am-5pm @ the Kippax Welfare Sports Ground, LS25 7BP. There will be stalls, entertainment, food, games, arts and crafts, and Breeze presence.
-On the 7th June, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, there will be a free open-air mini-concert by Wakefield Orchestral Wind at Springhead Park, LS26 0DY.
-It’s also The Gascoigne’s monthly open-mic night this Sunday, so feel free to make your way there. There should be an outside stage, weather permitting.
